The firms provide services in auditing, taxation as well as special consulting services to private and public companies. The services are provided by member firms of Grant Thornton International on an independent basis. Grant Thornton International is a non-practising international organization, which was set up as a private entity operating in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Grant Thornton International does not provide services in its own name or in some other way. Grant Thornton International and member firms of the organization do not constitute any international partnership between its members.

Each member firm of Grant Thornton International is a separate independent firm operating within the confines of a particular territory. These firms do not form any international partnership or any other legal partnership with each other (excluding some specific cases), and they are not held liable for other firms' activities. Each firm is run independently in strict compliance with the legislation of a particular country. Despite the fact that many firms bear the name of Grant Thornton or Grant Thornton is a part of their companies' names, they do not have tenancy in common, either with each other (excluding some specific cases), or with Grant Thornton International.

Any or all references to Grant Thornton International Ltd shall also apply to Grant Thornton International.
