Elena Dmitrieva
Elena Dmitrieva is in charge of the Business Appraisal Department.
Elena Dmitrieva has graduated from Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation majoring in Valuation and Property Management. She is a certified appraiser of the Russian Board of Appraisers.
Elena Dmitrieva started working for the Company in 1999 as a trainee and was quickly promoted to the position of Department Head.
Elena Dmitrieva has a wide practical experience in providing business appraisal services in such areas as power engineering, oil-and-gas sector, primary sector, metallurgy, agri-business, food industry and construction. Among her clients are RAO UES of Russia, Gazprom, Lukoil, Nutritek Group, Renova Group, Rockwool and others.
Elena Dmitrieva teaches Business Appraisal course at the Finance Academy and the Professional Appraisal Institute.
Elena Dmitrieva took part in RAO UES restructuring in cooperation with
such investment banks as ING, Deutsche Bank and Alfa-Bank. She was a
project manager responsible for assets appraisal of the RENOVA group
of companies, for valuation of airlines, large oil assets and others.
Business Appraisal Department
The Company started business appraisal and valuation activities in 1999 when it received its first serious assignment: business appraisal of Rocket and Space Corporation Energia.
Over the past 10 years, the Company's Business Appraisal Department has developed methods and techniques for business valuation and prepared in-house business appraisal standards based upon international and Russian standards. It is well known that solid data support is of great importance in business appraisal. It is provided to the Company by Bloomberg, Morningstar/Ibbotson, Shannon Pratt Valuations, SKRIN and other companies.
