2009

The Company ranked first in the "Rating of Preferred Bidders in the Federal-Level Competitive Bidding Process for the Selection of Appraisers" from 1999 until 2009.

At the 2008 year end, the Company was awarded Gold Certificate as a leader in the market of business services. It was nominated by UNIPRAVEX rating agency in Appraisal and Consulting categories.

At the 2008 year end, the Company was rated 2nd among the "50 Most Strategic Appraisal Companies in Russia" by the Institute for Economic Strategies.

Russian Board of Appraisers awarded the title of "The Most Intellectual Company of the Year 2009" to RUSSIAN APPRAISAL.

At the 2008 year end, the Company was rated first by the Russian Board of Appraisers.

2008

According to the results of 1999-2007, the Company remained the first in the "Rating of Preferred Bidders in the Federal-Level Competitive Bidding Process for the Selection of Appraisers".

A subsidiary of Grant Thornton Valuation Advisory Services was established with a Kazan branch responsible for operations in the Volga Federal District.

In 2008, the Company's Quality Management System related to appraisal services was certified to ISO 9001:2000.

2007

The EXPERT magazine rating agency awarded the highest rating of business activity to the Company.

According to the results of 1999-2006, the Company remained the first in the "Rating of Preferred Bidders in the Federal-Level Competitive Bidding Process for the Selection of Appraisers".

RUSSIAN APPRAISAL won the competition held by OAO RZD (Russian Railways). The finalists were granted the right to provide appraisal services to OAO RZD on a long-term basis (there were no other federal competitions in 2007).
The Company won the title "The best appraisal company in 2006" based on the results of a professional competition held by the Russian Board of Appraisers.

The Company was the first in the competition for the title of "The most intellectual appraisal company of Russia in 2006" held by the Russian Board of Appraisers.

The Company retained the 2nd place among the "50 Most Strategic Appraisal Companies in Russia" according to the rating held by the "Economic Strategies" magazine of the Institute for Economic Strategies.

The Company moved from the 76th (in 2006) to the 72nd place (in 2007) in the rating of "50 Most Strategic Appraisal Companies in Russia" (rating of all sectors of national economy).

In 2007, the Company's Quality Management System related to appraisal services was certified to ISO 9001:2001.

2006

Following the results of 1999-2005, the Company retained the 1st place in the "Rating of Preferred Bidders in the Federal-Level Competitive Bidding Process for the Selection of Appraisers".

The Company retained the 2nd place among the "50 Most Strategic Appraisal Companies in Russia" according to the rating held by the "Economic Strategies" magazine of the Institute for Economic Strategies.

The Company moved from the 86th (in 2005) to the 76th place (in 2006) in the rating of "50 Most Strategic Appraisal Companies in Russia" (rating of all sectors of national economy).

2005

The Company won the title "The best appraisal company in 2004" based on the results of a professional competition held by the Russian Board of Appraisers.

The Company won federal competitions for selection of appraisers for a long-term job: Federal Property Management Agency ROSIMUSHCHESTVO (survey and appraisal), Central Material Command of the Ministry of Defense, OAO Gazprom and Russian Federal Property Fund (RFFI).

The Company was entered in the list of 100 most strategic appraisal companies in Russia according to the rating held by the "Economic Strategies" magazine of the Institute for Economic Strategies (only two appraisal companies were included in this rating).

The Company ranked the 2nd among the "50 Most Strategic Appraisal Companies in Russia".

2004

Following the results of 1999-2003, the Company retained the 1st place in the "Rating of Preferred Bidders in the Federal-Level Competitive Bidding Process for the Selection of Appraisers".

Following the results of 2003, the Company won the 2nd place in accordance with the "AGREEMENT ON THE PRINCIPLES OF CALCULATING RATINGS OF APPRAISAL COMPANIES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION".

Vice-president of the Company was elected a member of the National Council of Valuation Activities in the Russian Federation.

The Company won the title "The best appraisal company in 2003" based on the results of a professional competition held by the Russian Board of Appraisers.

The Company shared the first and second places in the competition for the title of "The most intellectual appraisal company of Russia in 2003" held by the Russian Board of Appraisers.

The Company won federal competitions for selection of appraisers for a long-term job: Federal Agency for Industry (FAPROM), Russian Federal Property Fund (RFFI), OAO ALFA-BANK, OAO NIKOIL, OAO RZD (Russian railways).

2003

The Company won the title "The best appraisal company in 2002" based on the results of a professional competition held by the Russian Board of Appraisers.

Following the results of 1999-2002, the Company topped the "Rating of Preferred Bidders in the Federal-Level Competitive Bidding Process for the Selection of Appraisers".

Following the results of 2002, the Company won the 2nd place in accordance with the "AGREEMENT ON THE PRINCIPLES OF CALCULATING RATINGS OF APPRAISAL COMPANIES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION".

The Company won federal competitions held by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, ARKO company, Russian Academy of Sciences and OAO LUKOIL.

President of the Company was elected a Chairman of the Council of Experts of the Russian Board of Appraisers; vice-president of the Company was elected a Chairman of the Board of the Russian Board of Appraisers.

2002

The Company won the title "The best appraisal company in the Russian Federation" based on the results of a professional competition held by the Russian Guild of Realtors.

The Company won the title "The best appraisal company in 2002" based on the results of the first professional competition held by the Russian Board of Appraisers.

The Company won federal competitions held by the Federal Service for Financial Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy (FSFO), ARKO company, RAO UES of Russia and OAO Gazprom.

The Company was the first among appraisers to join the CODE OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS FOR APPRAISAL COMPANIES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION.

The Company has been insuring professional responsibility since 2002, the insurance amount being 5 million USD.

Vice-president of the Company was elected a Chairman of Ethics Committee of SNOKOD RF (System of Independent Public Control of Appraisal Activities in the Russian Federation).

2001

The Company was granted license No. 000024 to carry out appraisal.

The Company won federal competitions held by the Federal Service for Financial Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy (FSFO), RAO UES of Russia and OAO Gazprom.

In 2001, the Company made a small fundamental breakthrough by using higher mathematics for the purposes of appraisal. Our authorship of "The Integral Discounting Formula" is confirmed by a number of international publications. As a result of it, we found ourselves one step closer to pursue our long dream about making the appraisal a part of economic science.

The Company approved its mission statement "To set standards of excellence in appraisal services".

2000

The Company won federal competitions held by the Russian Federal Property Fund (RFFI), Federal Agency for Construction, Housing and Utilities (Gosstroy) and Federal Debt Center.

The Russian Federation Government commission granted permission to MFT-Expert to use the name of RUSSIAN APPRAISAL.

The Company became a member of two appraisal associations - National Board of Appraisers and National League of Subjects of Valuation Activities.

The president of the Company was elected a member of the Management Council of the National Board of Appraisers. The vice-president of the Company was elected a member of the Supervisory Board of the National League of Subjects of Valuation Activities.

1999

The Company won the first federal public competition for selection of appraisers for a long-term job; it was held by the Ministry of Property Relations of the Russian Federation with a view to select companies for valuation of redundant military property.

The Company was licensed by the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation to perform appraisal services for national security enterprises.

1998

The Company won the title "The best appraisal company of the Russian Federation" based on the results of the first professional competition held by the Russian Guild of Realtors.

The Company started doing appraisal of flying vehicles, ships and submarines.

The Company was issued appraisal license No. 006 by Moscow government.

The Company started regular in-house workshops with a view to improve appraisal skills.

The Company's motto "Doing business responsibly" was approved.

1997

Research Studies Institute of the Federal State Statistics Service (Goskomstat) approved a number of the Company's original approaches developed in the course of appraisal of the "International Airport Sheremetyevo" complex and half thousand assets under construction belonging to the Ministry of Defense. The Company published collected papers "All about revaluation of fixed assets" in conjunction with the Research Studies Institute of Goskomstat.

The Company was included in the all-Russia rating of Expert magazine for the first time.

1996

As early as in the first half of 1996, the Company's backbone comprised graduates of Physics Faculty and Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Lomonosov Moscow State University. Some employees had experience in working for leading academic and sectoral R&D establishments, successfully defended theses and worked as teachers at higher educational institutions. Good knowledge of mathematics, research and pedagogical experience in the areas of physics and mathematics made it possible to quickly move from the fundamentals of appraisal sciences to their improvement and teaching.

The next Company's principle was consolidated: "The quality of each report should allow its defense in the court of any jurisdiction despite any contrivances used by the opposite party."

1995

Closed JSC Russian Appraisal was incorporated in 1995 under the name of ZAO MFT-Expert as a company whose interests lay mainly in valuation and real estate activities. Upon incorporation, MFT-Expert became a full-fledged member of the Russian Guild of Realtors. The president of the Company was elected a member of the National Council of the Russian Guild of Realtors..
