thirty employees of Russian Appraisal have a professional education in appraisal activities;

twenty five employees are members of self-regulating appraiser organizations;

fourteen employees were qualified as 'certified appraisers' by the National Board of Professional Appraisers;

two employees received a master's degree in appraisal from the Russian Board of Appraisers;

one employee received A1 international certification in accordance with ISO standards;

the Company staff includes 1 doctor of science, 4 candidates of science, and 5 appraisers with CCIM and CPM designations;

six employees of the Company are authors of textbooks and teachers of courses in appraisal sciences at Moscow educational institutions;
