Real Estate and Investment Projects Appraisal Department provides its services in real estate appraisal when the appraisal is required by law and when appraisal results are used by property owners for making justified managerial decisions and for intelligent management of their assets.

evaluation of dispute settlement (including court settlement);

Real Estate and Investment Projects Appraisal Department

RUSSIAN APPRAISAL originated from this Department. Most of the lead specialists began their careers in the Real Estate Appraisal Department.

At present, there are more than 35 specialists in the Department, which allows implementation of very complicated projects.

Three employees of the Department hold CCIM designations (Certified Commercial Investment Member), one is a CCIM candidate and two are CPM (Certified Property Manager) specialists.

The Department specialists have completed appraisals of hundreds of thousands of real properties over the years of its existence. There were easy assignments like valuation of flats to obtain real estate loans. There were also highly complex assignments - appraisal of world-class offices and trade centers as well as assets of large corporations.

The Company has provided its services to different customers - banks, insurance companies, airlines, large machine-building companies, gas and oil enterprises, iron-and-steel works and nonferrous-metals enterprises, agricultural producers.
