Requirements: solid mathematical training, knowledge of English.

The final selection of trainees is based on the interview results.

Period of probation - 2 effective months (50 working days).

Traineeship program - training and gaining basic skills in appraisal.

Appointment of trainees who have successfully completed training to the position of Assistant to First Year Appraiser shall be made upon the recommendation of the traineeship managers and testing results.

Appointment to the position of First Year Appraiser shall be made after getting a higher education qualification in appraisal (the training will be paid by the Company on an agreed basis) and a recommendation from the traineeship supervisor.
